Job summary

Duke Law School seeks a Device Services and Support Analyst to join the Academic Technologies team, providing expert technical support for endpoint devices, software, and IT services. You will troubleshoot issues, maintain secure computing environments, and partner with faculty, staff, and students to enable teaching, learning, and research.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Experience in medium- to large-scale client/server environments with Windows and macOS.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and in a team while maintaining security.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional technical support for Windows and macOS desktops and laptops.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and endpoint technologies.
• Troubleshoot issues, monitor service requests, and drive them to resolution.
• Assist with server administration for Windows server environments.
• Consult with faculty, staff, and students on technology solutions and planning.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and promote security practices.
• Train users on enterprise technologies and supported services.
