DMI is seeking an End User Support Specialist to join the DoIT support team in Crownsville, MD. You will maintain and support Windows desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, printers, and related software, ensuring reliability for state agencies.

The role emphasizes customer service, ticketing in ServiceNow, SLA adherence, and collaboration with DoIT colleagues. Strong communication and relevant certifications (A+, Network+, Security+) are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Help Desk/Desktop support experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with Windows-based operating systems and productivity software.

Responsibilities

• IT hardware and software support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Provide timely ticket resolution and SLA adherence in ServiceNow.
• Manage user accounts and access privileges.
• Collaborate with DoIT teams to resolve issues and implement fixes.
• Assist in video conference setup and support.
