Job summary

Options Technology is seeking an On-Site Engineer in New York City to support our options trading technology stack and client teams. You will be the primary technical contact on site, ensuring smooth operation of trading systems and infrastructure.

The role emphasizes monitoring, maintenance, issue resolution, and proactive client engagement in a fast-paced financial technology environment. A 1–2 year background in similar roles and strong IT fundamentals are required.

Qualifications

1-2 years in a similar on-site/financial services tech role.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field (or equivalent).
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Endpoint Management; AV troubleshooting is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site technical support for options trading technology systems.
Monitor health and performance of systems; perform maintenance and software updates.
Troubleshoot issues, escalate when needed and coordinate with internal teams.
Manage incidents and service requests per SLAs; document resolutions clearly.
Build strong client relationships and act as technical advisor to client.
Collaborate with development teams to test and deploy enhancements.
