Job summary

OccuMedX Group Inc. is seeking an Onsite Medical Partner (EMT/Paramedic) to provide immediate medical care on a construction site and oversee health screenings, safety programs, and a drugs of abuse program.

You will work with the project team to implement preventive measures and educate workers on first aid and CPR. The role requires state or national EMT/Paramedic certification, BLS for Healthcare Providers, OSHA 30 within 30 days, and at least three years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Current State or National Certification or Registration as an EMT or Paramedic required.
• Active BLS for Healthcare Providers Certification required.
• OSHA 30 Construction certification must be obtained within first 30 days of employment.
• Minimum of three years of experience in a pre-hospital or clinical environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to lift and move more than 50 pounds and work in a construction setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate medical care on the construction site and coordinate transportation when needed.
• Assess and stabilize injured or ill workers; document assessments and treatments.
• Conduct regular safety walks and collaborate with the project team on preventive measures.
• Educate workers on first aid, CPR, workplace safety, and injury prevention.
• Monitor employee health, manage onsite wellness activities, and oversee the drug testing program as needed.
• Maintain onsite clinic and stock of medical supplies; ensure proper equipment function.
• Prepare incident reports and maintain medical records for regulatory and internal reporting.
