Job summary

OccuMedX Group, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated bilingual EMT or Paramedic to join our construction occupational health solutions team as an Onsite Medical Partner.

You will operate an onsite health clinic, provide emergency medical response, and support injury prevention and health assessments on active construction sites. The role requires current EMT or Paramedic certification, BLS, OSHA 30 Construction (within 30 days), and at least three years of pre-hospital or clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Current State or National EMT or Paramedic certification.
• Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred.
• Active BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.
• Minimum of three years of experience in a pre-hospital or clinical environment.
• OSHA 30 Construction certification must be obtained within first 30 days of employment.
• Familiarity with OSHA standards preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to adapt to changes and work in a construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate onsite medical clinic and provide emergency medical response.
• Administer first aid and coordinate transport as needed.
• Conduct health assessments and wellness monitoring.
• Manage medical equipment inventory and supplies.
• Document medical incidents and reporting for regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with safety and project teams for health objectives.
• Support client programs and build relationships with partners.
