Job summary

OccuMedX Group Inc. Washington, DC is seeking an Onsite Medical Partner (EMT or Paramedic) to provide immediate on-site medical care for construction workers, assess and stabilize injuries, and coordinate transport to medical facilities as needed.

You will conduct safety walks, contribute to injury prevention, maintain medical records, manage supplies, and educate workers on first aid and safety. Current EMT or Paramedic certification and BLS are required; OSHA 30 within 30 days is provided.

Qualifications

• Current State or National Certification or Registration as an EMT or Paramedic is required.
• Active BLS for Healthcare Providers certification is required.
• Minimum of three years of experience in a pre-hospital or clinical setting preferred.
• OSHA 30 Construction certification must be obtained within 30 days (Employer Provided).
• Familiarity with occupational health and safety regulations including OSHA standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate medical care in emergencies on the construction site.
• Assess and stabilize injured or ill workers and coordinate transportation to a facility when needed.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all medical assessments and treatments.
• Conduct safety walks and implement preventive measures with the project team.
• Provide education and training on first aid, CPR, and workplace safety to workers.
• Oversee medical equipment, supplies, stock levels, and clinic cleanliness.
