Job summary

OccuMedX Group Inc. seeks an Onsite Medical Partner (EMT/Paramedic) to provide immediate medical care on construction sites, assess and stabilize injured workers, and coordinate transport to facilities when needed.

You will conduct safety walks, deliver first aid education, oversee wellness programs, and manage onsite medical equipment and inventories while maintaining regulatory compliant incident reporting and strong communication with project teams.

Qualifications

• Current EMT or Paramedic certification
• Active BLS for Healthcare Providers certification
• Minimum 3 years of experience in pre-hospital or clinical environments
• OSHA 30 Construction certification within 30 days of employment (employer provided)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate medical care for accidents, injuries, or emergencies on construction sites.
• Assess, stabilize, and coordinate transportation for injured/ill workers.
• Maintain documentation of medical assessments, treatments, and follow-ups.
• Conduct safety walks and collaborate with project teams on preventive measures.
• Educate workers on first aid, CPR, workplace safety, and injury prevention.
• Implement and oversee workplace wellness programs and health screenings.
• Manage onsite drugs of abuse programs for clients.
• Oversee medical equipment, supplies, and inventory; maintain clinic cleanliness.
