OccuMedX Group Inc. seeks an Onsite Medical Partner (EMT/Paramedic) to join our field team at construction sites. You will respond to emergencies, stabilize workers, coordinate transport, and document care, while supporting safety initiatives and OSHA compliance.

The role emphasizes health assessments, wellness activities, and ongoing education for workers in a dynamic, hands-on environment that may require varied shifts, including nights and overtime.

Competenze

• Current State or National Certification or Registration as an EMT or Paramedic required.
• Active BLS for Healthcare Providers Certification required.
• OSHA 30 Construction certification must be obtained within first 30 days of employment (Employer Provided).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Must be able to lift and move more than 50 pounds and work at heights.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Emergency Medical Response: provide immediate medical care on construction sites and stabilize workers.
• Injury Prevention and Safety: conduct safety walks and implement preventive measures.
• Health Assessment and Monitoring: oversee wellness programs and health concerns.
• Medical Equipment and Supplies Management: maintain supplies and inventory.
• Documentation and Reporting: keep incident records and regulatory reporting.
