Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding activities, trainings, and development programs.
• Partner with hiring managers, HR, IT, and leadership to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain program schedules, materials, and documentation.
• Facilitate orientation sessions, events, and mentorship opportunities.
• Track participation, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
• Support the Sales Trainee Educational Program and other initiatives.
