Aston Carter is seeking Recruiters/Sourcers to support high-volume early career hiring from its Seattle, WA base. This contract, 100% onsite role in Seattle, WA (with Chicago option) focuses on candidate engagement, sourcing, and stakeholder collaboration to attract early career talent.

The role requires 1–3 years in recruiting, a Bachelor's degree, and strong organizational and communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job description

We are seeking Recruiters/Sourcers to support high-volume early career and emerging talent hiring initiatives within a fast-paced talent acquisition organization headquartered in Seattle, WA. This role is ideal for recruiting professionals who enjoy candidate engagement, sourcing, relationship management, and partnering with stakeholders to attract top talent at the beginning of their careers.

Role is 100% onsite in Chicago, IL OR Seattle, WA.

What You'll Do

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $36.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
