Job summary

Wurtec is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide comprehensive technical help to customers by email, phone, and other channels. The role requires deep product knowledge and the ability to plan and execute complex problem solving.

You will work with engineering and sales to tailor solutions for reliability and serviceability, analyze warranty data, and develop technical documentation. This is a full-time, on-site position with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Experience with MS Office and data-entry tasks.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex elevator systems.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to read engineering prints/schematics.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer service via email/phone.
• Diagnose and resolve issues requiring product knowledge.
• Collaborate with engineering and sales to propose solutions.
• Create RMAs and assist with continuous improvement initiatives.
• Operate in-office/in-person role as required.
