Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) to provide onsite services for elementary students in a Colorado school setting. This full-time contract supports a collaborative, student-centered environment focused on communication growth and student success throughout the school year.

Requirements include an active SLP license and CCC-SLP, school-based experience preferred, and strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Active and current SLP license required.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required.
• Experience in a school setting, especially with elementary students, preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to evidence-based, culturally responsive practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students' speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop and implement IEP goals in line with policies and state regulations.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to support achievement and generalization of goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports for each student.
• Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and consultative sessions as needed.
• Support a positive and supportive classroom environment.

This position is full-time and offers the chance to work exclusively onsite at a vibrant elementary campus, with a consistent schedule and the opportunity to build genuine relationships with students and staff.
