Job summary

Kelly in Irvine, CA is seeking an experienced Assembler to join our onsite manufacturing team. The role involves performing a range of assembly and quality tasks using both conventional and digital tools, with emphasis on meeting documentation and time requirements.

You will participate in manufacturing and inspection activities, support continuous improvement, and help resolve production issues, while adhering to strict quality standards and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing or assembly.
• Hands-on electronic assembly experience required.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail and quality.
• Must work 100% onsite and be available for 5:00 AM–1:30 PM shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing operations by following all documentation and time requirements.
• Complete complex assembly and rework tasks at unit and component levels.
• Select and implement appropriate methods, tools, and resources for each task.
• Support fellow operators and assist with technical challenges.
• Participate in continuous improvement actions in your area.
• Conduct final inspections of products following drawings and regulatory standards.
• Maintain build and documentation standards; prepare quality reports and track issues.
