Job summary

Teradek in Irvine, CA is seeking an on-site, full-time assembler of electromechanical components. You will read engineering drawings, assemble and test products, and perform soldering of cable assemblies. The role requires attention to detail, basic electronics knowledge, and the ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, minor PCB work, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace. Overtime and occasional Saturday work are required as part of production cycles.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of electronics and components.
• Good English communication, verbal and written.
• Logical reasoning and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work overtime, including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electromechanical components following drawings and procedures.
• Inspect and test assembled products for quality and performance.
• Soldering cable assemblies.
• Perform minor repairs/modifications to PCBs.
• Troubleshoot assembly issues and perform rework as needed.
• Use hand and power tools and specialized equipment accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety protocols.
• Document assembly processes and test results.
