Job summary

Express Employment Professionals, Laguna Hills is recruiting for a Medical Device Assembly position for a manufacturing company located in Irvine.

As an on-site, full-time role, you will assemble electronic components, PCB boards and subassemblies, perform quality inspections and follow procedures. Schedule is Monday–Friday 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, with benefits including medical coverage, training and scholarship opportunities.

Qualifications

• Prior assembly or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to follow written instructions and procedures.
• Experience using basic hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
• Reliable and dependable work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic components, PCB boards, subassemblies, and finished products
• Follow assembly instructions, work orders, and manufacturing procedures
• Perform quality inspections on finished products
• Maintain clean and organized workstations
• Follow ESD and line clearance procedures
• Identify and report defective materials or production issues
• Meet daily production and quality goals
• Use hand tools and basic assembly equipment
• Follow company safety and manufacturing procedures
