Job summary

Client Solution Architects (CSA) seeks an Electronic Classroom Technical Support Specialist to support a program onsite in Oak Harbor, WA. The role focuses on keeping training infrastructure functional, configuring Active Directory, and assisting customers through monitoring and performance management.

The position requires a Secret clearance, an HS diploma or equivalent, and at least 3 years of related experience in system and network administration.

Qualifications

• Interim or active Secret clearance required.
• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of relevant experience.
• Electronic Documentation, System Administration, Network Administration, Database Administration.
• Security+ or equivalent degree.
• Experience with connectivity, interoperability, and security/compliance systems maintenance.
• Experience with systems and hardware and software administration and integration.
• Maintenance including backup, recovery, inventory and asset management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure student training infrastructure is functional and available.
• Configure and manage Active Directory accounts.
• Assist customers by monitoring and performance management.
• Identify areas for improvement in a mission critical network.
• Turn metrics into actionable information for stakeholders.
• Manage users and computers in an enterprise network.
