Job summary

Client Solution Architects seeks an Electronic Classroom Technical Support Specialist to support an onsite program in Oak Harbor, WA. You will ensure training infrastructure is functional, manage AD accounts, and assist customers in overcoming challenges on a mission-critical network.

This role requires a Secret clearance, a HS diploma, and at least 3 years of relevant experience, with strong system and network administration skills and experience with security and compliance.

Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking an Electronic Classroom Technical Support Specialist to support a program onsite in Oak Harbor, WA.

For nearly 50 years, CSA has delivered integrated technology and operational support services to meet the defense and federal sector's most complex enterprise needs. Working from operations centers and shipyards to training sites and program offices, CSA deploys experienced teams, innovative tools and proven processes to advance federal missions.

Requirements

What You Will Need to Join Our Award-Winning Team:

• Clearance: Must possess Interim or an active Secret clearance
• Education: HS Diploma or equivalent
• Years of Experience: 3 years of relevant experience


• General Experience: Electronic Documentation, System Administration, Network Administration, Database Administration


• Certifications: Security+ or equivalent Bachelor's degree


• Experience with connectivity, interoperability, operational readiness, and security and compliance systems maintenance


• Experience with systems and hardware and software administration and integration


• Experience with routine maintenance, including break and fix, backup and recovery, and inventory and asset management
