Job summary

Client Solution Architects (CSA) is seeking an Electronic Classroom Technical Support Specialist to support a program onsite in Oak Harbor, WA. You will ensure training infrastructure is functional, manage user accounts, and support system administration across enterprise networks.

This role requires Interim or active Secret clearance, a HS diploma or equivalent, and 3 years of relevant experience in electronic documentation, system administration, and network operations.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree or Security+ certification preferred.
• 3 years of relevant experience in electronic documentation, system/network administration.
• Experience with connectivity, interoperability, security and compliance systems maintenance.
• Experience with routine maintenance, backup and recovery, and asset management.

Requirements:

• Clearance: Must possess Interim or an active Secret clearance
• Education: HS Diploma or equivalent
• Years of Experience: 3 years of relevant experience
• General Experience: Electronic Documentation, System Administration, Network Administration, Database Administration
• Certifications: Security+ or equivalent Bachelor's degree
• Experience with connectivity, interoperability, operational readiness, and security and compliance systems maintenance
• Experience with systems and hardware and software administration and integration
• Experience with routine maintenance, including break and fix, backup and recovery, and inventory and asset management

Physical Requirements:
