Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years in industrial manufacturing, integration, or related field.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Proficient with basic math and common Windows/MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Set up new production test areas including layouts, tooling and equipment.
• Assist with transition from development to production and first articles.
• Assemble, test, and troubleshoot electromechanical assemblies per drawings and procedures.
• Interface with production leads and QA to ensure timely delivery.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Operate precision test tools and calibration equipment.
• Solder PCB assemblies and diagnose non-functional electronics.
• Identify and implement safety and efficiency improvements in the area.
