Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an Engineering Technician in Temecula, California for a 12-month, on-site assignment. The role focuses on troubleshooting and repairing medical device manufacturing equipment, supporting production issues, and assisting with equipment installation and qualification.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of hands-on experience with mechanical and electronic devices, familiarity with ISO/GMP procedures, and competence with diagnostic tools such as multimeters and schematics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electronic equipment.
• Medical device manufacturing experience and ISO/GMP training preferred.
• Experience with welders, grinders, lathes, mills, ovens and lasers.
• Knowledge of Omron controllers and IO relays.
• Proficient with Microsoft-based computer software.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair medical device manufacturing equipment.
• Install and qualify production equipment; perform maintenance.
• Follow ISO/GMP procedures and use diagnostic tools.
• Assist with department responsibilities and safety procedures.
• Take direction from Engineering Manager or supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned.
