Zusammenfassung

SQA Services is seeking an Electrical Quality Inspector to perform receiving inspections of PCBs, PCBAs, and other electronic components and assemblies at an aerospace and defense facility in El Segundo, CA. 100% onsite, 1st shift, 6-month contract.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience inspecting electronic hardware, interpreting drawings and IPC standards, and documenting inspection results. Experience with MRB, NCR, and ERP systems is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years QA and inspection experience.
• Experience with ESD controls and IPC J-STD-001/IPC-A-610.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, schematics, blueprints, and specifications.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer-based systems.

Aufgaben

• Perform receiving inspections of PCBs, PCBAs, and electronic components.
• Inspect electronic hardware for workmanship, quality, and IPC compliance with drawings and standards.
• Use inspection equipment such as microscopes, UV light sources, multimeters, precision scales, and dimensional tools.
• Review CoCs, test records, material certifications, and First Article Inspection Reports.
• Document inspection results, identify nonconformances, and coordinate resolution with Quality/Engineering.
• Support MRB activities and nonconformance reporting (NCR).
• Process inspection results and material transactions in ERP systems.
• Verify calibration of inspection and test equipment.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Production to resolve issues.
