Job summary

Techoundsllc is seeking a capable electronics assembler to inspect and test electronic and mechanical products. You will perform soldering, wiring, and precision assembly using escalation-ready documentation and test equipment, while ensuring quality, traceability and adherence to production schedules.

The role requires 2-5 years in similar work, experience with PCB modules, and strong attention to detail. On-site daytime shift in Irvine, CA, with domestic travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in electronics or electro-mechanical assembly, including soldering.
• Experience with electronic line-replaceable units containing PCBs or modules.
• Ability to read technical instructions, schematics, specs and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and test electronic and mechanical products using approved docs and procedures.
• Troubleshoot, rework and repair units that fail testing with engineering support.
• Perform precision assembly including soldering, wiring and components requiring ESD controls.
• Complete and maintain production documentation and records per processes and schedules.
• Support new product introductions and transitions, including domestic travel to learn manufacturing at vendor sites.
