Job summary

Stoner Electric, a Prime Electric company, seeks an Assistant Project Manager to support planning and execution of small-scale construction projects. You will collaborate with Project Managers and Field Management to ensure client satisfaction and financial success.

Role involves on-site oversight, coordination with vendors, and maintaining project documentation. Strong communication and MS Office proficiency are required, with experience in electrical construction and Accubid preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
• 3–5 years electrical construction experience or equivalent training.
• Experience with estimating, scheduling, and project management software (Accubid preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage small project scopes under supervision.
• Coordinate project activities to maintain schedules.
• Assist in change order estimates and budgeting.
• Attend in-person and virtual client/field meetings.
• Provide admin and logistical support including meetings and documentation.
• Develop and improve project management processes and tools.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders to meet deliverables.
• Coordinate activities with vendors and subcontractors.
