Job summary

Stoner Electric, a Prime Electric company, seeks a Project Engineer to support electrical project requirements across planning, procurement and field coordination. You will help manage permits, submittals, drawings, schedules and invoices, ensuring on-time delivery and safety compliance.

The role emphasizes collaboration with project teams, documentation accuracy, and proactive problem solving on sites and offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or certification in Construction Management or related field.
• 2 years electrical construction industry experience.
• Familiarity with estimating software and project management systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring project planning, execution and closure.
• Manage permits, applications, and inspections.
• Maintain project files and drawing sets.
• Organize submittals and O&M materials.
• Track submittals and correspondence.
• Support purchasing orders and change orders.
• Assist in RFI writing and tracking.
• Contribute to job billing documentation.
• Attend project status meetings.
• Provide support to PM and Field teams.
• Adhere to PRIME Safety Program and site safety rules.
