Job summary

Stoner Electric is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and financial success of small construction projects. You will work with Project Managers and Field Management to ensure client satisfaction and project outcomes.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field, or 3–5 years of electrical construction experience, plus proficiency with estimating and PM software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field, and/or 3–5 years electrical construction experience.
• Experience with software-based estimating, accounting, scheduling and project management systems; Accubid preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical trade and construction principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage small project scopes under supervision of Project Managers.
• Coordinate activities to maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Assist in change order estimates and provide cost forecasting.
• Attend client and field meetings to ensure clear communication.
• Provide administrative and logistical support and document control.
• Contribute to improving PM processes and tools.
• Maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure onsite safety and compliance with PRIME Safety Program.
