Job summary

RTX is seeking an Electrical Engineer to participate in the design, analysis, and support of military electronics products within the Hardware Engineering Center (HWEC). The role involves multi-discipline teamwork across EO/IR, digital and analog domains, with opportunities to work on FPGA/VHDL, ASIC support, and circuit-level development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field.
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• EO/IR, digital, analog, sustaining and production electronics support.
• Digital/analog/FPGA/VHDL programming or ASIC support.
• Transistor-level analog/EO/IR IC design using modern semiconductor technologies.
• Work on detailed circuit design as part of a multi-discipline team.
• Configurable digital logic development using VHDL.
• Functional analysis and verification testing.
• Collaborate with engineering and production to troubleshoot design issues and root-cause actions.
