Aertssen Logistics USA Inc. is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager in Rincon, GA to develop and maintain programs that keep workers safe and the environment protected.

This onsite role focuses on building a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across operations. The ideal candidate will lead OSHA compliance, risk assessments, training, and incident investigations, collaborating with teams in the US and Belgium.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of EHS management experience in logistics or industrial settings.
• Experience with OSHA regulations and compliance.
• Ability to lead training and safety initiatives.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Proven ability to drive continuous safety improvements.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and enforce safety policies, procedures, training programs, and PPE requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments; identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Lead incident investigations, conduct root cause analyses, and track corrective measures through completion.
• Coordinate emergency response plans, safety drills, and first-aid readiness.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and other applicable regulations.
• Stop operations or activities that could harm employees or equipment.
• Own the facility Emergency Response Plan, including tabletop exercises and tests.
• Conduct weekly safety walks with Operational Team Leads, document findings, and drive improvements through completion.
• Initiate safety awareness programs in close collaboration with headquarters in Europe.
