Job summary

Aertssen Logistics USA, Inc. is seeking an Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager in Rincon, GA to develop, implement, and maintain safety and environmental programs across our logistics operations.

The role emphasizes culture of safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of EHS management experience in logistics or industrial settings, OSHA certification, and the ability to travel up to 50% across facilities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in EHS management within logistics, warehouse, or industrial environments.
• Valid OSHA Certification required.
• Domestic travel up to 50% across facilities.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and enforce safety policies, procedures, training programs, and compliance with PPE requirements.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Lead incident investigations, perform root cause analysis, and track corrective measures.
• Coordinate emergency response plans, safety drills, and first-aid readiness.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and other applicable regulations.
• Stop operations and activities that could harm employees or equipment.
• Develop and maintain the facility’s Emergency Response Plan and tests.
• Document safety findings and drive improvement with Operations.
