Job summary

Aertssen Logistics USA, Inc. is seeking an Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager to lead our safety program in Rincon, Georgia. This on-site role focuses on building a proactive culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across warehouse operations.

You will develop policies, conduct training, and coordinate inspections, audits, and incident investigations to protect employees and ensure environmental stewardship in our heavy machinery logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Safety, Occupational Safety, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in EHS management within logistics or industrial environments.
• Valid OSHA certification.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and enforce safety policies, procedures, training.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments; identify hazards.
• Lead incident investigations and root-cause analyses.
• Coordinate emergency response plans and safety drills.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and environmental regs.
• Document safety findings and drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor environmental aspects and waste management.
