You will implement the SBD EHS Management System, drive a safety-first culture, and ensure regulatory compliance across the site. You will lead the EHS team, coordinate with other departments and regulators, develop risk-based action plans, manage permits, and deliver training to maintain operational excellence and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health & Safety and/or Environmental Sciences preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience implementing EHS culture in manufacturing/warehouse environments.
• Broad knowledge of 29 CFR 1910 standards and environmental requirements.
• Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization.
• Analytical skills for data interpretation and reporting.
• Proficiency with MS Office and EHS data management systems.

Responsibilities

• Champion and communicate a clear EHS vision, inspiring a Safety-Always culture.
• Implement and maintain the SBD EHS Management System with ISO 45001 alignment.
• Lead, coach, and mentor EHS teams and cross-functional partners.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risk at the site with a formal risk register.
• Manage environmental permits including stormwater, wastewater, and Title V.</br>Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain documentation.
• Provide EHS training to meet permit requirements and company programs.
• Develop programs to improve workplace health and Ergonomics, hazard identification, and safe behaviors.
