Qualifications

• Strong mechanical knowledge of construction machinery.
• 2–5 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance or inspection.
• 5 years of proven experience leading a team.
• Proficiency with inspection tools such as calipers and torque wrenches.
• Computer literacy with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to conduct detailed inspections of heavy construction machinery.
• Identify mechanical issues and report findings to customers.
• Coach team members to perform evaluations accurately and safely.
• Ensure inspections meet OSHA, MSHA, DOT, and safety standards.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports with photos and measurements.
• Manage time, set targets, and monitor team performance.
• Oversee onboarding and training for new staff.
• Maintain compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
