Avantor is seeking a Sr EHS Coordinator to support Environment, Health, Safety, Security, and Sustainability programs at our Paris, KY site. This full-time, on-site role is based in Paris, KY, with openness to candidates willing to commute or relocate.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree and 3–5+ years of EHS experience in chemical manufacturing. Excellent knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations, strong communication, and organizational skills are required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree is required; related technical discipline preferred.
• 3–5+ years of progressive EHS experience in chemical manufacturing or similar high‑risk environments.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations; ability to interpret and implement requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal EHS regulations (OSHA, EPA).
• Lead risk assessments focusing on process hazards and repetitive risks; drive corrective actions.
• Develop site risk register and prioritize root-cause corrective actions.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and incident investigations to reduce systemic risk.
• Design and deliver training on risk awareness, PSM, and JSA best practices; lead safety campaigns.
