Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required and must reside in Texas.
3+ years teaching or coaching experience.
1+ year delivering high-quality professional development.
Experience with Great Minds curricula (Eureka Math, Wit & Wisdom).
Background check and COVID-19 vaccination status declaration.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain expertise in Great Minds curricula.
Provide onsite support, coaching, and professional development to assigned schools.
Collaborate with Success Leads to deliver contextualized services.
Deliver professional services onsite up to 80% of the time in Central school systems.
Gather, monitor, and record implementation success metrics.
Document metrics and significant customer interactions.
Communicate implementation insights to leadership.
Monitor regional trends affecting customer practices and purchasing practices.
Represent Great Minds at conferences and contribute to blogs and whitepapers.
Cultivate a supportive Great Minds culture.
Provide onsite coaching, professional development, or customer implementation support.
Provide sales presentation support.
Participate in team meetings.
Travel occasionally beyond the assigned region as needed.
