Job summary

Great Minds is seeking a Success Coach to support effective implementation of their curriculum products. This position involves working as part of a Texas-based team to promote the use of Eureka Math and other curricula. Successful candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of teaching or coaching experience.

The role requires a passion for quality education and strong organizational skills, with responsibilities including on-site coaching, professional development, and monitoring the success of curriculum implementations. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience teaching or coaching, with at least 1 year delivering high-quality PD.
• Experience implementing Great Minds curricula, especially Wit & Wisdom and/or Eureka Math.
• Proficiency in Great Minds instructional design.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of Great Minds curriculum in assigned schools.
• Provide high-quality, on-site support, coaching, and PD.
• Document implementation success metrics and customer interactions.
