Great Minds is seeking a remote, full-time Success Coach to support adoption and effective implementation of Eureka Math, Eureka Math², Wit & Wisdom, and Arts & Letters ELA in Northeast school systems. You will deliver on-site coaching and professional development, work with a Northeast-based team, and help districts implement curricula effectively.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of teaching or coaching experience with at least 1 year delivering professional development.
• Experience implementing Great Minds curricula, especially Wit & Wisdom or Eureka Math.
• Proficiency with Great Minds instructional design and pedagogy.
• Deep content knowledge in mathematics, science, or humanities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain expertise in the Great Minds professional services catalog.
• Provide on-site coaching and PD to assigned schools.
• Deliver professional services on-site up to 80% of the time in Northeast school systems.
• Gather, monitor, and record implementation success metrics.
• Communicate insights to leadership based on implemented projects.
• Represent Great Minds at conferences and contribute content.
• Foster a collaborative, high-quality culture within the team.
