Job summary

TrulyHired is seeking a Success Coach to support the implementation of our curriculum products in Texas schools. This role is focused on delivering high-quality coaching and professional development primarily in Central area schools.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mathematics or humanities education, with at least 3 years of relevant experience. This position also involves some travel around Texas to provide on-site support.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of teaching or coaching experience required.
• Experience with Great Minds curricula, particularly Eureka Math.
• Ability to coach in multiple content areas including K-Algebra 2 and RLA.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, on-site coaching and support for curriculum products.
• Engage in internal training to deepen expertise in educational offerings.
• Document and report on implementation success metrics.
