Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day partner for assigned clients, building strong relationships and delivering high-quality service.
• Develop and execute local recruiting strategies to attract qualified talent and support client staffing needs.
• Guide new talent through onboarding and ensure a positive experience from offer to assignment.
• Manage ongoing employee lifecycle, including coaching, attendance, engagement, and retention strategies.
• Oversee day-to-day staffing delivery, fulfillment, and account health for assigned accounts.
• Respond to client and employee concerns with urgency and professionalism; escalate when needed.
• Track staffing activity, trends, and metrics to improve service delivery and business decisions.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen client partnerships and expand Kelly Education solutions.
