Job summary

Kelly Education is hiring an Account Manager to partner with assigned clients, understand staffing needs, and deliver high-quality service onsite across local offices and client sites.

You will develop local recruiting strategies, guide onboarding, and manage the employee lifecycle in a fast-paced, matrixed environment while traveling as needed. The role requires strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
• Ability to use data, reporting, metrics, and trends to monitor performance and guide decisions.
• Willingness to travel locally to client sites and events as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serving as the primary day-to-day partner for assigned clients, building strong relationships, understanding their workforce and staffing needs, and delivering high-quality service.
• Developing and executing local recruiting strategies to attract qualified talent and support client staffing needs.
• Guiding new talent through onboarding and ensuring a positive, seamless experience from offer to assignment.
• Managing the ongoing employee lifecycle, including performance coaching, attendance, and engagement in partnership with internal teams.
• Overseeing day-to-day delivery of staffing services for accounts, monitoring fulfillment, performance, attendance and client satisfaction.
• Responding to client and employee concerns with urgency and sound judgment, escalating when needed.
• Tracking staffing activity, fulfillment, workforce trends, and client feedback to identify improvements.
• Identifying opportunities to strengthen partnerships and expand Kelly Education solutions.
