Job summary

OnLogic is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to own end-to-end hardware programs from presales to mass production. You will coordinate Sales, Engineering, Legal, and Supply Chain to deliver on time within scope and budget.

You will manage risk, budget, and SLAs while communicating with executive stakeholders and customers to ensure a high‑quality, on‑time delivery of edge computing solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management delivering complex hardware projects.
• Operational background in Sales, Business Operations, or cross-functional delivery.
• Experience with CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot), ERP (Odoo), and PM tools (Jira/Smartsheet).
• Strong executive communication and negotiation skills with C-suite exposure.
• PM certification preferred; Bachelor's degree required; US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales and Sales Engineering during presales to assess feasibility and timelines.
• Draft detailed Statements of Work with clear scope, milestones, and SLAs.
• Align project deliverables with operational capacity and budgets.
• Serve as operational contact from Presales to Mass Production.
• Lead weekly status meetings and track action items across departments.
• Manage resource allocation and cross-functional accountability.
• Identify risks, adjust scope, and devise contingency plans.
• Monitor budgets, billable hours, and profit margins.
• Communicate project changes to customers to maintain satisfaction.
