OnLogic seeks a Technical Project Manager to lead the development of rugged industrial computers, edge systems and servers from concept to production. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and ensure on-time delivery while aligning with vendors and development partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering large, complex projects on time and on budget.
• BS in Engineering or CS; MSc preferred.
• Deep hardware/firmware knowledge in product development.
• Experience with Jira and Smartsheet in project delivery.
• PMP or comparable certification is a bonus.

Responsabilités

• Lead development projects from concept to production using gate-staged processes.
• Develop and manage project plans with schedules, budgets, sourcing, and prototype build strategies.
• Engage stakeholders across leadership and engineering teams.
• Identify and mitigate project and portfolio risks.
• Ensure on-time delivery and budget control across departments and vendors.
• Provide transparent progress updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Make strategic technical decisions with cross-functional teams.
• Drive interdisciplinary collaboration to maintain project velocity.
• Continuously improve processes and standards for faster delivery.
