Job summary

MANTECH seeks a motivated Earned Value Analyst for an onsite position in Lexington Park, MD. This role supports the Cost and Schedule Analysis Department, ensuring compliance with Earned Value Management System requirements.

The position requires 4+ years of relevant experience, proficiency in MS Project and EVM tools, and a BA/BS degree. Candidates must have a current Secret clearance and be able to create reports, perform EVM analysis, and support scheduling integrity.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience using Earned Value Management (EVMS) tools and methodologies.
• Experience with MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
• Current and active Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Perform Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis including independent Estimates at Completion.
• Provide timely inputs to government reporting systems.
• Develop and present routine reports and assessments to Program Management.
• Create visualizations and reports for senior stakeholders.
