Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of prior EVMS experience in a leadership capacity.
• DoD/EIA‑748 EVM experience.
• Experience with EVMS cost and schedule software.
• Strong attention to accuracy and detail.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide the development of Cobra cost and schedule baseline.
• Perform routine EVMS Surveillance and document findings.
• Provide technical assistance in processes and training.
• Manage projects and delegate work.
