Job summary

Qualifications

• Masters or doctoral degree in behavioral health.
• Current, unrestricted license at independent practice level.
• 3+ years of experience in a behavioral health setting.
• Ability to work onsite as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct solution-focused consultations with clients.
• Assess and refer to Worklife, behavioral health, and community resources.
• Provide referrals for ongoing counseling services as needed.
• Offer crisis intervention and support following incidents.
• Provide manager consultation on workplace issues and coaching.
