Job summary

CuraLinc Healthcare is seeking a licensed counselor or social worker to provide onsite EAP services in Irving, CA. This is a work-site based part-time/contract position (6 hours a week).

The Onsite EAP Clinician will provide short-term solution-focused coaching and consultation to employees on-site or via video/phone, and may participate in related company activities. The role requires a Master’s in a mental health field, active licensure, malpractice insurance, and EAP experience.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a Mental Health Discipline (e.g. Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, MFT).
• Post-Graduate Clinical Experience.
• Current Independent State License to Practice.
• Current Malpractice Insurance.
• Fundamental Understanding of MS Office.
• Experience in Work-Related Issues.
• EAP Experience Preferred.
• Experience in trauma.
• CEAP a Plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides Short-Term, Solution-Focused Coaching and Consultation to Employees (In Person and Video/Telephonic).
• Leads Topical and Support Groups for Employees.
• Conducts Employee and Supervisor EAP Training and Orientation Sessions.
• Provides Management Consultations.
• Provides On-Site Critical Incident Response.
• Participates in Health Fairs, Open Enrollment and Health Promotion Activities.
• Promotes the Program and Ensures Program Satisfaction.
