CuraLinc Healthcare is seeking a licensed counselor or social worker to provide onsite/virtual EAP services in Boston, MA. This is a work-site based full-time/contract position (40 hours per week). The Onsite EAP Clinician will support supervisory initiatives to identify and assess employee wellbeing concerns, provide short-term solution-focused coaching and consultation to employees and departments, and may also participate in additional company-related activities, as requested.
