The ideal candidate holds a Master's in a mental health discipline, current state licensure, malpractice insurance, and experience with workplace-related issues and trauma.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a Mental Health Discipline (e.g., Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy)
• Post-Graduate Clinical Experience
• Current Independent State License to Practice
• Current Malpractice Insurance
• Fundamental Understanding of MS Office
• Experience in Work-Related Issues
• EAP Experience Preferred
• Experience in trauma
• CEAP a Plus

Responsibilities

• Provide short-term, solution-focused coaching and consultation to employees (in person and via video/phone)
• Lead topical and support groups for employees
• Conduct Employee and Supervisor EAP Training and Orientation Sessions
• Provide Management Consultations
• Provide On-Site Critical Incident Response
• Participate in Health Fairs, Open Enrollment and Health Promotion Activities
• Promote the Program and Ensure Program Satisfaction
