This is a work-site based part-time/contract position (10 hours a week).While the primary role of the Onsite EAP Clinician is to provide short-term solution-focused coaching and consultation to employees, the Onsite EAP Clinician may also participate in additional company-related activities, as requested.

Required/Minimum Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a Mental Health Discipline (i.e. Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy)
• Post-Graduate Clinical Experience
• Current Independent State License to Practice
• Current Malpractice Insurance
• Fundamental Understanding of MS Office
• Experience in Work-Related Issues
• EAP Experience Preferred
• Experience in trauma
• CEAP a Plus
