The clinician will identify concerns, provide clinical supervision, coordinate trainings, and ensure proper documentation while promoting employee well-being. Some travel and remote work options exist.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a Mental Health Discipline (e.g., Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy).
• Post-Graduate Clinical Experience.
• Current Independent State License to Practice.
• Current Malpractice Insurance.
• Experience in EAP.
• Experience in trauma.
• Fundamental MS Office proficiency.
• CEAP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and virtual EAP services to PG&E employees.
• Oversee supervision and training of the onsite EAP team.
• Coordinate reporting, referrals, and collaboration with the EAP vendor and PG&E program manager.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation.
• Host webinars and promotional activities as needed.
• Primarily remote with opportunities for onsite work when needed.

CuraLinc Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and experienced licensed counselor or social worker to provide onsite and virtual Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services to PG&E employees. This is a full-time, worksite-based position requiring 40 hours per week. The Onsite EAP Clinician will play an integral role in promoting employee well-being by supporting supervisory initiatives, identifying and assessing employee concerns, and providing short-term, solution-focused counseling, coaching, and consultation to employees and departments. Through a proactive and supportive approach, the clinician will help employees navigate personal and professional challenges, connect individuals with appropriate resources, and contribute to a healthier, more resilient workplace. The role may also involve participation in additional company initiatives and activities as requested.

Primary Responsibilities

• Supervision Duties Such as:
  • Recruiting/Hiring of Onsite Team
  • Regular 1:1 Check-Ins with Onsite Team
  • Regular Team Meetings with Onsite Team, Including Quarterly In-Person Meetings
  • Address Any Challenges or Performance Concerns
  • Clinical Consultation and Support for Onsite Team
  • Coordinate Training for Onsite Team as Needed
  • Onsite Team Scheduling, Including Annual Analysis of Allotted Hours and Locations to Determine if Any Changes Need to Be Made
  • Billing/Payment for Onsite Team’s Services
  • Liaison Between EAP Vendor Partner and Onsite Team, and Onsite Team and PG&E EAP Program Manager
  • Logistical Support for Onsite Team (E.G., Technology, Materials, Etc.)
• Coordinate with EAP Vendor Partner on Reporting and Trends
• Documentation Management for Onsite Program (E.G., Job Descriptions, Protocols, etc.)
• Strategic Partner who Works Closely with PG&E EAP Program Manager
• Consult with PG&E Contacts Requesting Services Such as Consults, Presentations, Informal/Formal Referrals, CIRs, etc. and Coordinate Support for Requested Services
• May Directly Provide EAP/Clinical Services and Host Webinars and Other Promotional Activities as Needed
• Primarily Remote with Some Travel, On-Site Working Space Can Be Provided If Desired
• Strict Adherence to HIPAA and Other Privacy Regulations and Professional Guidelines
• Maintain Appropriate and Required Documentation

Required/Minimum Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a Mental Health Discipline (i.e. Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy)
