Job summary

CuraLinc Healthcare is seeking a licensed counselor or social worker to provide onsite EAP services at Irving, CA. This part-time/contract role (6 hours per week) offers short-term coaching and consultation to employees and may include additional company activities.

The Onsite EAP Clinician will deliver short-term, solution-focused support, conduct group sessions, and collaborate with management to promote wellbeing and program success.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a mental health discipline; licensed professional.
• Post-graduate clinical experience required.
• Current independent state license to practice.
• Current malpractice insurance.
• Experience with work-related issues; EAP experience preferred.
• Experience in trauma; CEAP a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides short-term, solution-focused coaching and consultation to employees (in person and video/telephonic).
• Leads topical and support groups for employees.
• Conducts employee and supervisor EAP training and orientation sessions.
• Provides management consultations.
• Provides on-site critical incident response.
• Participates in health fairs, open enrollment and health promotion activities.
• Promotes the program and ensures program satisfaction.

Onsite EAP Clinician (Licensed Counselor/Social Worker)

CuraLinc Healthcare is seeking a licensed counselor or social worker to provide onsite EAP services in Irving, CA. This is a work-site based part-time/contract position (6 hours a week). While the primary role of the Onsite EAP Clinician is to provide short-term solution-focused coaching and consultation to employees, the Onsite EAP Clinician may also participate in additional company-related activities, as requested.

Required/Minimum Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a Mental Health Discipline (i.e. Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy)
• Post-Graduate Clinical Experience
• Current Independent State License to Practice
• Current Malpractice Insurance
• Fundamental Understanding of MS Office
• Experience in Work-Related Issues
• EAP Experience Preferred
• Experience in trauma
• CEAP a Plus
