CASE Management Consulting is seeking a Senior Instructional Systems Designer to design, develop, and implement learning solutions for NGA mission needs on-site in Springfield, VA. You will develop curricula, eLearning, and performance-support tools across delivery modalities while ensuring SCORM and 508 compliance.

You will collaborate with NGA's learning teams, subject matter experts, and instructors to tailor training to mission requirements, apply ADDIE, and leverage Articulate Storyline and

Qualifikationen

• Active TS/SCI clearance required with CI polygraph ability.
• 5+ years designing and implementing instructional solutions.
• Experience applying ADDIE to learning design.
• Experience using Articulate Storyline to create eLearning.
• Knowledge of SCORM and 508 accessibility.
• Experience with LMS/LCMS such as Blackboard.

• Design and develop learning solutions across multiple modalities.
• Ensure alignment with GEOINT doctrine and NGA requirements.
• Collaborate with NG College and stakeholders.
• Maintain SCORM-compliant content and 508 accessibility.
• Coordinate projects and manage timelines.
